This optional base plate kit is designed to add more stability to each of our bestselling Brooklyn LED Task Lights. The kit is easy to attach, and is an accessory. The base plate is not required to purchase either light but is useful if the light is placed in a high-trafficked area of the room, and if you have pets or children that may be prone to knocking things over. This base plate does not guarantee that any of our lights will not tip or fall over but does mitigate the possibility.
