Orders placed after 1 pm EST, on weekends, or holidays ship out the next business day. Delivery is an estimated 2-5 days depending on the address located in the contiguous USA.

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.00 to residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous USA.

Delays are rare and contingent upon carrier on-time delivery performance.

Expedited shipping options are available, depending on your location, and can be viewed on the cart page at checkout.

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska? Type in your address at checkout to determine the cost.

For expedited shipping, you may pay for the following options.

  • Fed Ex Express (3 business days)
  • Fed Ex 2-Day
  • Fed Ex Overnight

COMMERCIAL ORDERS

Shipping costs can vary by order for Hospitality and Commercial Contract orders with greater quantities. You can contact our sales team: Contact.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship to most international countries. Please enter your address at checkout to see available shipping options.

*Please note your international shipment may incur customs, duties, taxes and potential brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient; therefore, we ask that you be aware of these fees prior to submitting your order.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  • A LUX online store customer may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment by contacting us at: support@luxledlights.com.
  • If the LUX customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may exchange or return the items they ordered within 30 days of delivery.
  • When returning an order, the customer can ship back the order with their own carrier for a full refund if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Alternatively LUX can send a prepaid return label but a $15.00 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If a product is malfunctioning or defective, and is still eligible for replacement under the LUX Warranty, the customer will be shipped out a new replacement product for the item they ordered. LUX will cover the shipping cost for the product replacement.

MORE ON REFUNDS

If receiving a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 days).
