We currently ship to all countries except the UK and countries within the EU.
*Please note your international shipment may incur customs, duties, taxes and potential brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient; therefore, we ask that you be aware of these fees prior to submitting your order.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
- A LUX online store customer may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment by contacting us at: email@example.com, or by calling 805.324.6778
- If the LUX customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may exchange or return the items they ordered within 30 days of delivery.
- If exchanging the original product(s) ordered in the LUX online store for a replacement product(s), LUX will email the customer a prepaid return shipping label.
- Upon receiving the original product(s), LUX will ship out the replacement product(s). The customer will not be charged for shipping, but may be charged for the difference in cost if that cost is higher than the price of the original order.
- If returning an order, the customer will be emailed a prepaid return shipping label. The customer will receive a full refund if the products are unused and in their original packaging.
- If a product is malfunctioning or defective, and is still eligible for replacement under the LUX Warranty, the customer will be shipped out a new replacement product for the item they ordered. LUX will cover the shipping cost for the product replacement.

MORE ON REFUNDS
If receiving a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 days).
