ONLINE STORE ORDERS
Standard shipping is free in the contiguous USA. Orders placed after 1pm EST, on weekends, or holidays ship out the next business day.
Delivery is an estimated 2-5 days depending on the address located in the contiguous USA.
Delays are rare and contingent upon carrier on-time delivery performance.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
A LUX online store customer may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment by contacting us at: support@luxledlights.com any time of day, 7 days a week.
If the LUX customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they may exchange or return the items they ordered within 30 days following the date of delivery.
FREE EXCHANGES
If exchanging the original product(s) ordered in the LUX online store, within 30 days from the delivery date of the order, when the original product is not defective or malfunctioning, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return. Upon receiving the original product(s), LUX will ship out the replacement product(s). The customer will not be charged for shipping the replacement but may be charged for the difference in cost if that cost is higher than the price of the original order.
RETURNING
If returning an order within 30 days from the delivery date of the order, and the product(s) from the original order is not defective or malfunctioning, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The customer will receive a full *refund if the products are unused and in their original packaging. *More on refunds below.
5-YEAR WARRANTY
If a product is malfunctioning or defective and is still eligible for replacement under the LUX Warranty, the customer will be shipped out a new replacement product for the item they ordered. LUX will cover the shipping cost for the product replacement.

MORE ON REFUNDS
If receiving a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 days).

FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY:
LUX LED Lighting provides a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for 5 years after the original purchase directly from our website. If your light does not work properly or the LED's fail, we will repair or replace your product for free. This does not cover any accidental damage or abuse the light may endure through normal wear and tear (water damage, staining, scratches, bending or cracking due to falling, or any damage to plugs). Any counterfeit products will also not be covered by the warranty. To submit a claim, fill out our contact form.

No, only one promotional discount can be used for any one order. For example, there may be a specific discount code for an order of one light, and a separate automatic discount for an order of 2 or more lights. If ordering 2 or more lights, the discount will automatically trigger, thus replacing the need for the specific promo code.

The yellow "remove" tab covering the bottom of the base does NOT have to be removed unless you would like to secure the lamp firmly to a clean surface. The residue free adhesive is not permanent and the light can be moved after being stuck. If you do not wish to adhere the light to a surface for added stability, you can simply trim the tab with a pair of scissors so it does not show, but leave the tab covering the sticky base bottom. The adhesive will NOT leave a residue or mark on the surface.

The LED panels are rated for approximately 50,000 continuous hours. The LED panels are not designed to be replaced or removed. If your light breaks or the LEDs cease to function, we will replace the light (within the first 5 years following the order of each respective lighting product).

All hard surfaces on our fixtures may be cleaned with any hospital-grade alcohol-base cleaner. Always spot-test on an inconspicuous area first.
For the Brooklyn Aura, do not use a liquid cleaner on the felt pad. Instead, use a non-alcohol wipe.
While LUX does have a 5-year warranty, it does not cover accidental damage, water marks, staining, and other normal wear and tear.
